We spent here 4 nights, it's in the great location close to Vatican (and even closer to Vatican Museums) and Ottaviano metro station. It's a small guest house (4 rooms I believe) in a building with fantastic courtyard. Room looked new and modern, with free wifi, TV and electric kettle. Some mini fridge would be great :) In the price Italian breakfast is included (coffee and croissant).

This guesthouse was great, very clean, safe, and comfortable. It is close to the Octavian metro station, which makes it easy and quick to get to the city center! Worth every penny, very affordable. Vincent was extremely helpful. I will recommend this Guesthouse to anyone who travels to Rome from now on! I hope to see you again soon

This hotel is very good and they provide very good service and located in a great location. The condition of the room is very clean and comfortable. The bed is also really comfortable. Vincent was very helpful, very explaining everything how to get around Rome and how to see the places there.

The room was big and spotless, and you don't have daily cleaning all 3 days. Breakfast was served in a lovely local cafeteria next to the guesthouse with friendly staff. Very close to the Vatican Museums and the Opera.

The apartment is about 300 meters from the Vatican museums and a few minutes from the metro station. Nice and safe area. Very helpful host. Small lift to take your luggage on the second floor. Nice light breakfast in the typical Italian cafe across the street. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Our apartment 1 king size and 2 single beds are highly recommended for families.

This hotel be was fantastic! Very simple to find and very near to the metro station. Very clean and spacious, host was great and helped us find the places and tourist spots we wanted to visit. We had our own keys and could go back and forth as needed. There was wifi available but it didn't work the best in our room, which I thought was the furthest away from the hub. Breakfast in the actual hotel, which I was expecting, and it isn't like a buffet. You receive a token for the khr cafe next to the hotel, and you can choose a pastry, like a croissant, etc, and a coffee. If you want anything extra or in exchange, you need to pay. We didn't mind it, however, because we had a few very early morning trips so the cafe was open 24 hours so we could still have breakfast for the day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and have actually told friends to do so on their upcoming trip.

Det startede lidt skidt med at tjekke ind, da ejeren ikke før havde prøvet at der var betalt for opholdet hjemmefra, hvilket skabte en masse frustrationer og vi måtte ringe til hotels.com for at få det løst. Da det endelig var løst fik vi nøglerne og alt var i orden. Der er ingen reception eller sådan, så man er "alene" når man er tjekket ind, hvilket var perfekt for os. Det er små lejligheder med værelse og eget bad/toilet. Der var rengøring dagligt. God seng. Så alt i alt super fint lille værelse! Italiensk morgenmad er ikke som i dk! Det er en kop kaffe og en crossaint dyppet i sukkervand!! Men der ligger små mini markeder over alt. Hotellet lå MEGET centralt, man kunne kigge ned ad vejen og se murene til vertikanet og metroen var lige rundt om hjørnet. Virkelig en perfekt placering!
