Close to train station and local restaurants, 30 mins to all main attractions Exactly what it says on the tin. If you’re expecting 5* then don’t go here because it isn’t but perfect for what I needed - head down and a peaceful sleep. Thank you

Situato a pochi passi dalla stazione di Termini la struttura si presenta dall'esterno non al meglio delle aspettative ma appena si entra in struttura cambia totalmente la percezione. Complimenti ad Alex per l'accoglienza, la simpatia e siamo stati davvero contenti di aver soggiornato all'interno della guest house. Alex ci ha spiegato itinerari e ci ha spifferato qualche luogo da visitare assolutamente. Abbiamo potuto entrare in struttura grazie al check in fatto ad hoc e il check out è stato ottimo. Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare lì le valigie fino al momento della partenza.

Room was spacy and clean. Breakfast was basic, but we got good coffee, some toast, orange juice and cereals ... that is all we need for a good start into a day. Excellent location for a visit: Next to the Roma Termini trainstaition, With busses to the airport, Metrostation. Several Restaurant, fast food restaurants and minisupermarkets arround. We had the room to the street, which was to loud for us to sleep, so we closed the window and turned on the aircondition - worked fine! Rooms are in the 5th floor, and the elevator worked fine, when nobody forgot to close its door ;-) Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to friends.

Decent stay, rooms are cleaned regularly and included breakfast is a nice bonus. Power cut out twice and owner did not respond after being contacted. Good location as it’s close to the train but a slightly sketchy crowd hanging around and in front of the guesthouse.

Excellent location, next door to Roma Termini Station and hop on/off buses, as well as many eateries (McDonalds is a short walk away as well). Building looks sketchy on the outside and the door bell doesn’t work. You need to call the host when you arrive, for staff to let you in. Once inside the Guesthouse, it feels extremely safe. I have bad knees and was not informed our room was up a steep staircase, which I managed. Just wish it was divulged in advance of booking. Private washroom inside our suite area made up for the stairs. The building has an elevator, it’s ancient due to the buildings age however, works fine. Alex is the manager, who was amazing. There is a breakfast room, for an extra fee, which we didn’t add on, as McD’s was nearby. Alex did allow us to make tea if we wished. We used the fridge in the breakfast room, to store leftovers for the next morning. He gave us our own set of keys for the main building entrance, the guest room door and our private room. The bed was uber comfortable, with nice sheets and towels. No facecloths, so I used the end of a hand towel instead, which worked fine. Only negative feedback was our dirty room floors. My bare feet were black just walking to the bathroom & back. We pack carry-on only for a cruise, so didn’t bring extra slippers, so simply wore socks inside the room for 2 nights. Wish there was better bathroom lights, as women need bright lights for grooming. We do recommend this accommodation!

Muy buen sitio para alojarse unos días en Roma. Habitación muy limpia y acogedora sin grandes lujos. Desayuno muy completo. Gaetano y Alex, excelentes personas. Como única pega, deberían cambiar los colchones y el agua fria de la ducha debería tener más presión. Si se corrigen estas cosas no dudariamos en repetir.

We had a great stay at Sixtythree. We had booked last minute and Gaetano was very fast to communicate a flexible check in time with us. Alex greeted us on arrival and was very accommodating. The place is right across the road from the train station and many food places otherwise a short walk to the main town. Was really nice that the apartment was cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels and sheets after a couple days stay. Would recommend!
