Doesn’t look much from outside but room was clean, modern and well maintained with everything you need. Great location close to all restaurants and bars. Staff really helpful and sorted taxi for us. Would stay again.

This is an apartment building in Trastevere where Sonnino Suite Hotel is located on the 4th floor where it has been converted from apartments to a hotel for tourists. There is an easy access elevator and optional stairs. The room is cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every 2 days during my stay. The staff are very helpful where they can and luggage storage provided to be extremely useful. The location was the best part of staying here right across the road is the main centre of Trastevere full of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, gelateria and social nightlife, but very little sightseeing. Sonnino Suite is either walking distance or easy access to public transport to all the main attractions in Rome in which most attractions are across the bridge where equivalent accommodation is alot more expensive, keep that in mind.

The property was in a great location and neighborhood close to great restaurants. Easy walk across the river to historic center. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The shower was small especially if you are a larger person but otherwise the staff and property were great.

Checking in was a little different (and a tiny bit challenging). The building is several floors and each floor has at least one "hotel". The building's front door is locked so you have to hit the "doorbell" for the hotel on the intercom system to have the door opened. Knowing which button to push on the intercom would've been helpful. I might have missed those instructions prior to arrival (but I don't think I received them). The room was on the smaller side, but it had everything I needed (a bed and full private bathroom). The people who worked the desk were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English very well (which was a relief as I don't know Italian). I had 2 different rooms because I left Rome for a couple days and when I returned to Rome, I was given a different room. Both were great! The housekeeper did a wonderful job keeping everything clean and tidy. The location of Sonnino Suite was perfect! There are restaurants close by and the "sights to see" aren't very far away either. If I were to return to Rome, I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our room here! We had so much space and the bathroom was a great size. It was very clean and in a great area for food and night life. The pictures do not do it justice. And the elevator was a fantastic touch with it being on the 4th floor, definitely saved us from having to drag our luggage. Check in was easy and early. We wish we booked more nights

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Rome. First of all, the location was fantastic — right on the main street and very close to a bus stop, which made transportation extremely easy. There was also a supermarket nearby, and the hotel was perfectly situated along some of the best sightseeing routes in the city, allowing us to explore many places on foot. Right after our reservation, the hotel contacted us and stayed in touch, supporting us from the beginning to the end of our journey. We truly appreciated their kindness and helpful attitude. Our room was spotless and very carefully prepared. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. After check-out, they also allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours, which was a big help and a very thoughtful gesture. If we visit Rome again, we would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. It was truly a beautiful and memorable vacation. Thank you for everything! 😊

Yatak oldukça rahat. internet iyi çekiyor. oda temizliği çok iyiydi. otel konum olarak trastevere'de bulunuyor. yürüyerek her yere gidilebiliyor. panteon, trevi ve kolezyum gibi turistik yerlere yürüyerek gidilebiliyor. Trastevere tren istasyonundan otele 30 dakikada yürünüyor. Bu da çevreyi görmenize olanak tanıyor. isterseniz otobüs ile de otele gelebilirsiniz.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable room. Easily fits 3 and could fit 5 with the pull out couch. Walking distance to the main areas but this is a solid local spot with some unique finds. Fun to walk around the streets, lots of great restaurants, etc.
