Great location and comfortable room. Front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. Located 2 mins from the train station which was very useful! Only issue we had was that the air con unit made some very loud noises when in use and the tv did not connect to the internet for us. But overall, a nice place to stay for a few days and I would definitely return!

The studio apartment was clean and in very good condition. The host were very helpful and there's always an emergency contact at night. On our last night, the power went out and got on to the emergency number and everything was fixed immediately. Will definitely come back.

Le logement est très très bien placé. Le check in se fait en ligne et un code est envoyé pour entrer. Le personnel est très réactif. Nous n'arrivions pas à mettre le chauffe-eau en route, nous les avons contactés par mail et ils sont venus immédiatement pour nous aider. Nous avons laissé et récupéré nos valises à l'accueil le dernier jour sans aucun problème. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

15-20m walk into the centre of city. Otherwise close to underground or tram stop. Local grocery store. Nearby castle and park. Aircon. Kitchen. Clean.

I chose a room with the bed on a mezzanine above the shower room, as I had seen reviews which said this was a proper bed, and comfortable, rather than a sofa bed. And yes, it was comfortable, and quiet. When sitting up, my hair just brushed to ceiling. Step ladder to the mezzanine was steep, as expected. Only issue is that once at the mezzanine, it could have done with a half-step as it was a big step to the bed, which could, be more difficult for shorter people. I'm, an average height man, early 60s, and staying for 5 nights, and would definitely stay again. Location is great, 2 mins from Cadorna station, perfect for the Malpensa express. 5 mins walk from the castle, 10-15 mins walk from Duomo. Next to rail, tram and metro lines. Also, price is great.

Me encantó el lugar! El alojamiento es exactamente como en las fotos, es limpio, muy bonito, cómodo y tranquilo. La zona es bastante segura para caminar y conocer al rededor, incluso de noche y hay lugarcitos muy lindos al rededor que cierran más tarde a donde se puede llegar a cenar después de dar un tour por el centro. Está cerca de los sitios emblemáticos de la ciudad y puedes llegar caminando a todos lados. Mi único problema es que no pude utilizar el wifi para navegar en internet, pero estoy feliz con mi elección 😊

Beautiful architecture in the streets around the property. Previous review had mentioned noise from teams but we didn’t notice this at all. The room and facilities was immaculate, nicely decorated throughout, and the view for the balcony was beautiful. The bed was firm and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. I should also recommend a day trip to Lake Como. The metro is a few feet away (literally) — catch the underground to the Milan Central, then a bus to Como Lago (€9) — only takes 1 hour and it is spectacular! Alle Terrazze Como was wonderful as view over the lake and fantastic staff. However, watch for hidden extras in restaurants in central Milan. Again, this appartmwnt/hotel was absolutely perfect. We will definitely chose this hotel/apartment again.
