If you want a super comfortable bed and pillows and a very clean apartment this one is 10/10. We loved the location and walked to all the sites from here (and took the bus to the Vatican). Check in was very clear and easy. I will recommend this place to anyone I know staying in Rome!

The property was wonderful! Beautiful entrance to the 6 rooms, adorable “lobby” area. We came off a cruise so we got to the property around 10:30, checkin was 2. I was concerned about storing our luggage so we could walk around before checkin. Language barrier kind of had me nervous as I asked several times about a place to store luggage. Everything worked out great. It was unclear from description that anyone was there on-site as everything talked about “checking yourself in and keys would be available in a box if room was ready. Someone was onsite beginning at 8am and allowed us to put all of our luggage in one of the rooms (we had 2 rooms, 5 people) even though it had not been cleaned yet, just so it was safe. He got us different quotes for airport transport the following day. Everything worked out great for us and would stay again!

I can’t say enough about this place. Close to public transit, quick Uber/Taxi and an easy walk to restaurants, services and flights. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This mini-hotel was in the perfect location, just a block from the Tiber River, and just across a pedestrian bridge from Trastevere - where all the great restaurants are clustered. It was about a 30 min walk to the Vatican and 20 to the Colosseum. The room itself was a good size with plenty of storage and the bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size with a full-size shower. The only problem we experienced with the place was the sewer vent seemed to have some issues - typical of a very old building. I reported it and was told to run some water in the shower drain, which temporarily helped. We enjoyed staying here - and be sure to visit Gunther's Gelato downstairs!

I liked the location near Travestere. Bathroom sink was not drained well. Cleanness is just ok for air b&b style. This is not a hotel. There is not enough space to leave cosmetics or toiletry or carrier in the both bathroom and room. Room is very small if you have more than 3 ppl with luggages. Our room door made squeaky sounds, and I could hear other room’s sound as well. Property manager respond quickly to your message through Whatsapp though.
