When we called them from the train station to get assistance to get a taxitransport to the roman due to heavy snow, the first impression of the roman was not pleasant. They were unable to assist, and we had to walk in the snow carrying our luggage. It would have been a quick walk, since it was only about 5 minutes away from the train station. But the steep slope down to the roman made it extremely challenging due to the heavy snow. And when we got to the roman, we noticed a minibus parked outside that had been owned by the roman and could not understand why they did not offer to pick us up. Apart from the earlier incident, the stay was good, with huge feasts for breakfast and dinner. They offer both indoor and outdoor entrances as well as private entrances, which you can pay for. If going up and down slopes is an issue, I do not recommend the hotel because the only way to get to the Roman is through the steep slope, which is not recommended.

This hotel is located near Kinugawa Park Station. Finding it is easy enough. The lobby is spacious and gorgeous. When we checked in, my family was happy to be in this wonderful hot spring hotel. In the show window and other places, there are many excellent Japanese puppets on display. There are a lot of collections in the hallways and elsewhere. We took some photographs and appreciated the interior furnishings. In Kinugawa Valley, the entire hotel structure is isolated. The room can be seen through an open-fronted panoramic view of the natural valley scenery. The room was overcrowded for four people who stayed in a Japanese-style bedroom. But everything was pleasant except the roaring river. The best alternative is to have brunch and dinner at the hotel. All the shops on the street will close before 5 a. M., even earlier, so Japanese food is always delicious and rich. Hananoyado Masuka is not a big hot spring hotel, but it is a great and cozy motel. If you require peace and privacy while staying for a few days, this hotel would be appropriate for you.

In terms of facilities, this place is very clean and cozy. They served a tasty breakfast with a huge range of food. The outdoor location is also great.

On the two nights we stayed, I was in a charming motel with a few foreigners. We were incredibly grateful that the hotel provided us with a free minibus ride to local attractions including Edo Wonderland and Tobu World Square. For the return legs, the hotel surprised us by offering free pick-ups from the closest train station, not sure if this is the norm for everyone, but breakfast and dinner were excellent. Simply pair it with some warm local sake$10 per carafe, perfect for the chilly weather. Special thanks to the lady who was so accommodating at mealtimes, she remembered our year old requests for water and rice, and Watanabesan, who drove us, and who responded so rapidly via email. We requested a minibus ride to Kinugawaonsen station on our way out, and the hotel honored our request. The elderly counter lady rushed out to offer treats to our young son right away before we departed. endings that are beautiful!.

We have a great experience with this place, and so do the guests. And then the food is very good. After that, the service here is very friendly, especially to the katas, and the traditional Japanese dinner served there.
