The price is not cheap, but compared to the service and room quality, I believe it to be worth the price. If you visit Zakone, do not miss this gem hotel. The location is excellent, not far from the main station, but you must walk through the shopping street to see many things. The restaurant is a good, clean, and serene place with two different pools with two different outside pools, in february, the outside is a little chilly, but the spring has a nice temperature. I chose a room with a bathtub, with a spring inside and at breakfast and dinner. Every detail is perfect, with a view of the garden and the river as well as the shower. There is no view of the street or river, but the two swimming pool is nice and private enough to be used for male and female, and the two swimming pool changes each day at 10 o'clock. The reception staff is also very friendly and helpful, and our waitress even helps me take a picture and quite good one. Since we dont speak English properly, the restaurant's personnel can only speak English, so communication may be challenging for you if you can't speak simple Japanese. But, it is not too difficult, they'll think most of what comes before the guests.4.2/530 May 2023

Authentic authentic roman services provided by genuinely kind and genuine individuals. A quick and simple stroll along some zakone stores, cross a tiny bridge, admire the lovely river, and then turn right around the corner. One of Zakones oldest romans is open. The original was built in 1625, but the structure was constructed in 1879. When you enter the structure from the front door, it doesn't appear quite as historic as you would have expected, in fact, it kind of looks like a hotel lobby. In fact, it appears to be more modern than you might imagine when you first think about it. Although the inside of the building, including some of the suiteslarge guestrooms and some of the upstairs sitting rooms, is not a classic area, but the personnel will show you around the property throughout the day. The first stage of the building is fairly simple, with a large lobby, a bar, and an exit hallway leading to two fantastic genderseparated rothenburg openair baths, as well as one of the historic suites. At checkin, the receptionist will greet you by name, bring you to your room and drop you off in some of the rooms, which each has its own bathtub. The latter is a long, rectangular, shallow bamboo tub, where you can sleep on the shoreline if it is too hot. The best meat Ive ever had4.2/530 Dec 2022

This is the place to be if you're seeking for a roman with historical value. Built in 1625 and standing still today, you can imagine sleeping in a piece of history frozen in time. Friendly service and delicious food, what more could you want. Our room has a Cypress wood bathtub, so you can smell the lovely wood aroma while taking a bath.4.2/54 Jul 2022

The food was so fantastic, there are so many facilities and the staff is so sweet and friendly even if they don't speak much English, but they are always with a smile and ready to help you. This Roman is in a good location and has a rich history. The service is good and the rooms are clean. Dinner was nice and the rooms start is nice but small. However, there is no common area or garden for guests to enjoy. There were a few seats in the lobby and bar area with free wifi. The rooms with rich history are expensive.Popular Facilities
