Loved this place! It was super nice and definitely made you feel like you actually lived in Tokyo. It’s actually a very decently sized place as well. The staff is very communicative and is very generous with amenities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! My only recommendation that could make this place even more amazing would be adding a dryer. But that’s it!

The laundry set up can use a shelf for the towel and toiletry rack sitting on the washing machine, to avoid moving the whole thing on top of the sink and back to the top of the washing machine.

Our initial reaction was that the property was smaller than it appeared in the images, but once we settled in, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great — close to subway and shopping. The washing machine and the in-shower drying are really convenient. The kitchen also has a stovetop, microwave and a large fridge. We would book this place again next time we visit the Tokyo area.

Would absolutely recommend, train line within a minutes walk. Family Mart and 7/11 also within a minutes walk. Wonderful small restaurants around the corner. The mini house was more than enough for our small family to stay. Massive plus that it has its own washing machine in the house. Will definitely be coming back.

It’s an amazing mini hotel. The room is small but that’s normal in Tokyo. Extremely clean! Very convenient it’s 3 minutes walking distance to KK line. A lot of restaurants and 2 grocery stores in walking distance. Highly recommended!

I would definitely stay again in the future. I stayed with my husband and teen for 7 nights a few weeks ago. Loved the area, the ease of check in and communication with staff. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and having a washing machine and small kitchen was a huge bonus. A few minutes walk to the train station, bakeries, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a nice area to walk near the canals.

Pengalaman menginap kami di Mini House South sangat luar biasa. Lokasinya, meskipun berada di pinggiran kota, sangat strategis, hanya 30 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta terdekat. Dekat dengan pertokoan, toko serba ada, dan berada di blok yang sama dengan restoran India yang enak dan ramen lezat di sebelahnya! Bangunan baru dan terawat dengan baik, kamarnya luas, rapi, dan bersih, dengan mesin cuci tersedia untuk waktu menginap yang lama dan check-in mudah. Kamar ini adalah ruangan terbesar yang kami miliki selama tiga kali menginap selama liburan kami, yang sangat bagus untuk memiliki ruang untuk bernapas, menyebarkan barang-barang kami, dan makan di meja di malam hari. Kami sangat puas, terlepas dari check-in yang buruk. Selimut terlalu tebal dan terlalu hangat, selimut yang lebih ringan akan lebih baik. Hanya ada 2 selimut besar tetapi 3 bantal untuk 3 orang. Apartemen penuh dengan kipas yang mematikannya seperti tes cerdas (yang saya lewati tentu saja), sebaliknya kipas angin itu sangat mengganggu. Kami tidak dapat menggunakan TV karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang tulisan Jepang. Beberapa mangkuk kecil dan pasta akan menyenangkan. Ada masalah besar saat check-in karena kode akses ke kotak surat di mana "kunci fisik" (2 kunci asli) tidak diberikan ke call center. Lokasinya juga luar biasa. Hanya lima menit berjalan kaki ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah terdekat, sehingga sangat mudah untuk berkeliling. Daerah sekitarnya dipenuhi dengan toko swalayan dan restoran, sehingga memudahkan kami untuk membeli makanan atau membeli kebutuhan pokok.
