離公車站很近, 在房內就可看到中禪寺湖夕陽, 晚上套餐料理好吃, 服務人員很細心, 用餐時還主動幫我們排好室內拖鞋和詢問是否需要添飯

Very good location, good food and nice room. Next to the famous fried pork restaurant, just opposite to the boat yard and thus is just next to the 'boat yard' bus stop. 15Mins walk to the famous waterfall. Food is very tasty, the staff serve well too. Room is big and tidy. My room has a lake view but there is a triangular thing outside the windows that blocked 1/3 of the view.

房間寬敞舒適，稍為不足的是湖景被遮擋。 旅館員工的英語不算流利，但態度很親切和友善。 早餐及晚餐非常豐富，看得出很用心準備，不過晚餐實在吃得太飽，如能減少碟數更佳。 雖然房間有獨立浴室，但我還是喜歡去公共溫泉浴池，冬天去的話，沒有太多人，令人很放鬆。

位置佳，房間面向中禪寺湖可惜有1/3景觀給酒店建築阻擋。房間只有洗手間卻沒有浴室，所以一定要使用酒店浴池。早餐和晚餐食物和用餐地方很不錯，不是豪華，簡簡單單很舒服。酒店服務員友善。

色々な口コミを拝見した後だったので少し不安を気持ちを持ちながらの宿泊でした。 私は決して高級ホテル思考ではありませんが、特に水周りの衛生面は重要視したい派です。この観点からフィードバックを記載します。 1. スタッフの対応 電話に出た方の対応はとてもぶっきらぼうでしたが、実際にはみなさんアットホームで感じが良かった。 2. 食事 男女で泊まりましたがかなりのボリュームで美味しかった。 3. お風呂 他の口コミ通り、衛生面に欠ける。特に洗い場、脱衣所に落ちた髪の毛はこまめに掃除すべきかと。添え付けのドライヤーは2台しかなく、やや壊れ気味。お風呂のお湯自体はちょうど良い。気持ち悪く自分で掃除した。 男湯は夜が熱く、朝はちょうど良かった模様。女湯は逆。その日により違うのかも。露天風呂はエメラルドグリーンで気持ちよかった。 4. 部屋 ユニッバス付き八畳に宿泊。景色は良好。その他は民宿的な感じ。 5. 総合評価 お料理以外は微妙。他の温泉地でちょうど同じ価格帯で非常に衛生面のととのった宿に宿泊したばかりだったため、比べてしまうと、うーん？という感じ。また周辺にコンビニはなく、店も早くに閉まってしまう。とにかく静かでよく眠れた。
