The staffs are very polite, polit and sincere in their service. Located conveniently. There is only public onsen available, i wish there was also a private onesan option. Its incredibly memorable to have kaiseki meals in the room and sleep on tatami with utensils.

A very beautiful japanese hotel that offers good value for the money. When you check in, you will assist with delivering your luggage to the room, be given detailed information about the rooms amenities and usage, and even a yukata! What obvs!.

The location is excellent, the bedroom is unique, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it. There are many food options nearby, some are open 24 hours a day. Transportation is convenient. Also available is onsen.
