【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

According to local tax regulation, effective from June 1, 2019 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night): Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night. Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night. Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
Please book under correct occupancy since the rates are different under multiple occupancy.
Regarding the number of futons, we will prepare them for the number of people who paid. If you are unsure, please contact the property.
The entire building is non-smoking, so please smoke only in the smoking area.
Even if you choose smoking as a special request, we cannot accommodate your request.
The property does not accept credit cards. All on-site charges must be settled by cash.
