VILLA SEA-ESTA ハウスルール （English House Rules follow)
重要事項
ご予約の確定をもって、以下のハウスルールおよび利用規約に同意いただいたものとします。
一般ルール
★ 登録ゲストのみ利用可： 室内および駐車場、デッキ、プールなどの共用スペースは、登録されたゲストのみご利用いただけます。
★ パーティー禁止： 施設内でのパーティーやイベントは禁止です。
★ 静粛時間：午後8時３0分～午前8時までは音量を抑えてお過ごしください。
★ 屋外での音量制限： 近隣へのご配慮のため、日中でも屋外（デッキや駐車場）での音楽の再生、大声での会話、プールへの飛び込みはご遠慮ください。
★ BBQ・屋外利用時間： BBQを含む屋外でのご利用は午後8時30分までとし、午後21時00分以降は室内でお楽しみください。
★ プール利用制限： 午後8時以降はプールの利用は禁止です（自動的に消毒が開始され、塩素が注入されるため危険です）。
★ 花火禁止： 施設内および施設前の道路での花火はご遠慮ください。
★ 全館禁煙： 室内は禁煙です。喫煙はBBQデッキのみで可能です。
★ チェックアウト： 午前10時までにお願いします。遅延チェックアウトには追加料金が発生する場合があります。
★ 温水プール（有料）： 1日20,000円、事前予約制。4月1日から11月末までご利用いただけます。
ゲストアクセス
★ チェックイン： 午後3時以降
★ チェックアウト： 午前10時まで
利用可能範囲： 施錠されている倉庫を除き、施設内の全エリアをご利用いただけます。
宿泊人数
★ 最大定員は10名です。10名を超える場合は事前にご相談ください。
★ ご予約後、すべてのゲスト（幼児を含む）の情報をご提供ください。
セキュリティカメラ
お客様の安全を守るため、施設外に4台のセキュリティカメラが設置されています：
★ 玄関、駐車場周辺を監視するカメラ
★ プールデッキへの入り口を監視するカメラ
★ プールデッキ、螺旋階段を監視するカメラ
★ BBQデッキフェンス周辺を監視するカメラ
これらのカメラは、セキュリティ目的で設置されており、盗難や不正行為を防止するために使用されます。
追加ゲスト料金
★ 6名までは基本宿泊料金に含まれます。7名以上は1名あたり**¥20,000/泊**（2歳以上）を加算します。
予約確定後
予約確定後、施設利用規約およびプール利用同意書をお送りします。内容をご確認のうえ、不明点があればホストへお問い合わせください。
チェックイン・チェックアウト手順
★ チェックイン： 当日は14:00〜15:00頃にキーBOXの暗証番号をお知らせします（セルフチェックイン方式。キーBOXは玄関前のフェンスに設置しております。
★ チェックアウト： 鍵をキーBOXに戻してください。紛失時は交換費用として¥30,000を請求いたします。チェックアウト時に簡単にお願いしていることがありますので、リビングルームにあるハウスルールファイルの「チェックアウト手順」をご確認ください。
その他の注意点
★ 登録ゲスト以外の立ち入りはできません。
★ 宿泊中に施設や設備を破損した場合は速やかにご連絡ください。チェックアウト後に破損が確認された場合、修理費用を請求いたします。
★ 室内では靴を脱いでお過ごしください。
★ 海からお戻りの際やプールに入る前には、足や水着についた砂を必ず洗い流してください。
施設内やプールデッキに入る前に、入口に設置している温水シャワーまたは水ホースをご利用ください。
★ 清掃には4〜5時間を要します。著しく汚れている場合は追加清掃料金を請求することがあります。
★ 事故・ケガ・盗難等に関しては一切の責任を負いかねます。特にお子様の安全には十分ご注意ください。
★ プール利用時は、事前に送付する「プール利用同意書」を必ずお読みのうえご署名ください。
BBQ利用ルール
★ 炭火BBQは禁止。 無料で利用できるWeber SpiritガスBBQをご利用ください。
★ 利用前にマニュアルを必ずお読みください。
★ BBQの利用は午後8時30分までです。
★ 使用後は必ずガスと電気をオフにしてください。消し忘れの場合は追加料金を請求することがあります。
ゴミの分別
★ 缶・瓶・ペットボトル・可燃ごみを分別し、室内にある指定のゴミ箱へお入れください。
★ 可燃ごみはキッチンシンク下の引き出しにある袋にまとめ、玄関前道路沿いの収集容器にお出しください。
プール利用
★ プール利用には「プール利用同意書」への同意が必要です。
★ 温水プールは4月1日〜11月末まで利用可能です。
★ 温水利用は有料（1日¥20,000）で、事前予約制です。
ペットルール
★ ペットはプールに入れません。
★ 最大3匹まで（サイズによっては宿泊不可の場合あり）。
★ 料金：1匹あたり¥6,000/泊。
★ 入室前に足を拭いてください。
★ ベッドやソファに乗せないでください。
★ 室内で排泄した場合はすぐに清掃をお願いします。
★ チェックアウト時、排泄物は袋に密封してゴミ箱へ捨ててください。
清掃について
★ 清掃は除菌作業を含め4〜5時間かかります。
★ 著しく汚れている場合は、別途清掃料金を請求することがあります。

TERMS & CONDITIONS / HOUSE RULES
• The property is for the use of registered guests ONLY.
• NO PARTIES are allowed.
★ Quiet hours: 8:30 PM - 8:00 AM
★ Pool use hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
★ BBQ use hours: until 8:30 PM
• STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is permitted only outside on the BBQ deck.
• No fireworks allowed on the property or nearby.
• No music is permitted on the deck, terrace, or anywhere outdoors at any time.
• Please adhere to the 10:00 AM checkout time to allow sufficient time for cleaning before the next guest arrives.

GUEST ACCESS
CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM
CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM
Guests have access to all areas of the property except the indoor stock storage and outdoor storage, which remain locked.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
• The maximum number of guests is 10. Please contact us if your group exceeds this limit.
• The use of the property (house, decks, pool, parking, etc.) is restricted to registered guests only.
• All guests, including infants, must be registered at the time of booking.
• Additional fees will be charged for any unregistered individuals granted access to the property.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras (video and audio recording) are installed outside only for safety and security purposes. Cameras are located:
1. At the front entrance, monitoring the gate, entrance, and parking lot.
2. Overlooking the pool deck entrance.
3. Covering the pool area and spiral staircase.
4. Overlooking the BBQ deck railing.
These cameras help prevent theft, vandalism, fraud, and break-ins.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
• The base rate includes up to 6 guests.
• For additional guests beyond 6, a fee of 20,000 yen per person per night applies.
• Children aged 2 and above are charged at the adult rate. Infants under 2 years stay free (co-sleeping).
• Additional charges vary by season and will be automatically calculated at booking.

AFTER CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION
• You will receive the House Rules and the “Waiver of Liability for Swimming Pool & Upper Decks.”
• Please read these documents carefully and contact the host if you have any questions.

BEFORE CHECK-IN
Before arrival, please provide the following details to the host:
• Full name and phone number of the primary guest (for emergency contact).
• Full names, addresses, and phone numbers of all accompanying guests.
• Professions of all accompanying guests.
• A copy of the passport’s front page (for overseas guests).

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
CHECK-IN: Self-check-in. The PIN code for the key box will be sent between 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
CHECK-OUT: Please check out before 10:00 am. Return the key to the key box at checkout.
• Lost Key Fee: 30,000 yen will be charged for lost keys.

HOUSE RULES & OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
• No unregistered guests are allowed on the premises.
• No parties are allowed.
• Strict adherence to checkout time is required to allow sufficient time for cleaning.
• Report any accidental damage to property or furniture immediately. Guests may be charged for repairs or replacements.
• Remove shoes at the entrance. Indoor slippers are provided.
• Rinse off sand before entering the house or pool using the shower near the pool deck entrance and the water hose near the main entrance.
• Quiet hours: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Outdoor use of decks and pool is permitted until 8:30 PM. After that time, please move indoors
• Please refrain from noisy behavior during the day time.
• If excessive cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
• The Owner is not responsible for accidents. Please supervise children at all times.
• Glassware is prohibited in the pool or decks areas for safety reasons. We provide high-quality unbreakable glasses.
• Guests must bring their own beach towels, food, and drinks.

BBQ FACILITIES
• Charcoal grills are NOT allowed.
• A Weber Spirit Gas Grill (3 burners) is provided free of charge. Please read the manual before use.
• BBQ hours: Until about 8:00 PM.
• TURN OFF the gas and lights after use. Unattended gas usage may result in additional charges.
• Supervise children near the grill, as it becomes extremely hot.
• Do not leave food or trash outside overnight, as it will attract insects and animals.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL
• Separate waste into cans, bottles, PET bottles, and combustible waste.
• Place waste in the designated trash boxes inside.
• Combustible waste must be put in the provided special bags (under the kitchen sink) and placed in the garbage collection container located on the street to the left of the entrance.

POOL RULES
• Guests must read and accept the Waiver of Liability for the Swimming Pool & Upper Decks before arrival. Please contact Host if you have any questions about the Waiver of Liability.
• Heated Pool Option (32－33℃): Available April – November for 20,000 yen per day. Min 1-2 days advance request is required.

PET POLICY
We welcome pets and provide:
• Food and water bowls.
• Towels for wiping paws.
• Cleaning supplies.
Pet Rules:
• NO PETS IN THE POOL.
• Maximum 3 pets per stay (depending on size).
• Pet Fee: 6,000 yen per pet per night.
• Walk pets outside before entering the house. If accidents occur inside, clean immediately.
• Do not leave pet waste inside or outside the property.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
• Do not leave pets unattended inside or outside the property
• Excessive pet hair must be vacuumed before departure.
★★★ Cleaning takes about 5 hours including sterilization work. If it is extremely dirty and additional cleaning time is required, a separate cleaning fee will be charged.
