旅館のかたがとても親切でした。建物は新しくはありませんが、しっかりと清掃されており、部屋のトイレは回収されており、衛生的で、満足です。 温泉は、源泉掛け流しで、私が泊まったときには白根火山が活発だったときみたいでした。そのため、だいぶ熱かったのはちょっと残念でしたが、露天風呂含めて3カ所あり、楽しめました。

This is an amazing hotel. Our family went there on our trip to the Snow Monkey park. This hotel made our trip really more memorable. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is in a traditional Ryokan style, so it provides a deep dive into traditional Japanese hospitality (including the futon beds on the floor etc). A highlight in this hotel are the hot water pools (onsen). There is a large public one but also a private one for the family. What a relaxing experience. The hotel is walking distance from the train station. We were provided free transport to the Snow Monkey Park from the hotel, which was really a time and money-saver. We walked back from the Monkey park as it was uphill from the hotel (40 minutes walk with beautiful sights) but there is also a public bus to the train station.

During the winter season from December to March, the road in this area is very slippery. Guests driving rental cars are strongly advised to prepare snow tires or snow chains for safety reason.
Guests must reserve meals in advance via Special Request section upon booking. Otherwise, no meal will be served.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 06:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
