1. Please do not bring pet into the house.2. Please minimize your noise during night time. Any complaint from neighbor can result in management and police action.3. Party are NOT allowed inside the unit.4. Please take off your shoes before entering the unit.5. Only light cooking is allowed.6. NO Gambling activities in the house.7. Please DO NOT bring in DURIAN or any other strong smell food. If caught will be fine RM100 for cleaning usage.8. No smoking inside unit (RM200 fine)

9. Lost access card will incur a RM200 replacement fee.10. Electricity usage is capped at RM 300 per month. Any amount exceeding RM 300 will be charged back to the guest. (Applicable on monthly rental) Notice: Please note that some facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to ongoing renovation works by the building management. Facility access is beyond our control and will only resume upon further notice from management. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
