By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all house rules and accept full responsibility for any violations. - A refundable security deposit of RM200 is required before check-in and will be refunded/released within 48 hours after check-out, subject to inspection. Bank processing times may vary. - Deposit options: Malaysian bank transfer, E-wallet, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Stripe card pre-authorisation. - Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire unit, including all indoor areas. A minimum RM500 penalty applies, plus cleaning, damage, or other applicable charges. - Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and charged at RM30/hour. - Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval is charged at RM50/hour. - This is a self check-in property. Guests must contact the host before 5:00 PM on the check-in date to complete pre-check-in and receive access instructions. Guests who fail to contact the host by 11:59 PM may be unable to check in. The host is not responsible in such cases. - Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. - Same-day cancellations and no-show bookings are non-refundable. - Lost keys or access cards will incur a RM200 replacement fee per item. - Switch off all lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving. Keep the Wi-Fi router switched on. - Do not move or rearrange furniture. Any resulting damage will incur a minimum RM200 charge, depending on the extent of damage. - Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items during their stay. Charges exceeding the security deposit remain payable. - Parties, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a RM500 penalty plus other applicable charges. - Permanent stains on bed linen or towels will incur cleaning or replacement charges. - Pets are not allowed.
