You have paid a one-time check-out cleaning fee on Airbnb. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we offer an optional cleaning and laundry service package for RM90 per session. This service is only available upon request and is not included in the one-time check-out cleaning fee you paid on Agoda.

Check-in time is after 3 PM on the day of check in, regardless of your arrival time. Late check-in does not automatically entitle you to a late check-out.

Check-out time is before 12 PM on the day of check out. For late check-outs, an additional fee of RM50 will be charged per hour. With any time beyond 12 PM counted as a full hour, and each additional hour will also be charged in full.
