🔑 Access Card Information (3 Cards Provided)

Dear guest, kindly take note that the unit will provide 3 access cards :

1pcs Room Card – To enter the unit.

1pcs Lift Card – To access the lift & unit electric supply.

1pcs Parking Card – To enter the parking lot.

*Parking Note: One car parks for free. Any additional vehicles will be charged at the standard carpark rate.

🚨 Guest Alert – Important Reminder
Please do not leave the room card, lift card, or parking card inside the unit.
Only one set is provided, so kindly keep all cards safe and bring it along when going out.

🔒 If you're locked out and a locksmith is needed, a surcharge of RM30 – RM50 will be charged, and guests are responsible to pay the locksmith directly.

🚫 No cooking allowed in the unit

Cooking is strictly not allowed in the unit. This is to ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort for all guests. Light reheating with the microwave is allowed, but no open flame or heavy cooking is permitted.

Kindly reminder, security deposit is required. Guests are required to pay a Rm 150 deposit for the security key. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout, provided the key is returned with proof.

The deposit will be forfeited under the following circumstances:

1. Missing Room, Carpark, or Lift Access Card
2. Missing Items or Damages discovered upon inspection
3. Late Check-Out after 12pm

Please note that late check-out is available for a minimum charge of RM75 per hour

4. RM50 deduction from the deposit will apply if any dirt or stains are found on the bedsheets or sofa during checkout
