Property House Rules:1) Our check-in time is 3PM and the check out time is 11AM. Early checkin and late checkout are available at RM30 per hour if requested in advance. Subject to availability. For uninformed late check out or turn our cleaners away after they have arrived, it will cost you RM40 per hour.2) We will collect RM200 security deposit before arrival via bank transfer, the refundable security deposit will be refundable on your check out day via bank transfer before 6pm, subject to accommodation inspection and please provide your bank account detail after you checkout.4) For those who fails to fulfill the stated security deposit requirement, your booking is at risk of being forfeited. Any check in later than 8:00 pm (20:00) need to be arranged in advance because there may be no support given after 8:00pm (20:00), this is to avoid failure in checking in and we will not take any responsibility if this is due to your own negligence.4) This is a self check in apartment, please read our house manual as soon as booking completed, it is very important to make sure you have a smooth check in. We will not be responsible to any complain arising from not reading our house rules and house manual.5) Please state the headcount clearly, we reserve the right to deny your check in for incorrect head count.6) No towels provided, please prepare your own.7) Strictly no SMOKING, penalty is RM500.8) Strictly no DURIAN, RM200 penalty applies.9) Do not pull or hang anything on the WIRE supporting the handrail of the STAIRCASE since the wire might be loosen or even falling off and that is dangerous. Repairing cost that YOU have to bear is Rm80 per wire. Hang the clothes on the hangers provided instead.10) No shoes in the apartment.11) Keep the place in good condition and reasonably clean12) You need to clean all the kitchen utensils that u have used and place them back. Additional cleaning fee of RM50 may apply if unclean the kitchen utensils that you have used.13) Turn off all power not in use or when l
IMPORTANT NOTICE :
This is a self check in apartment located along the Karpal Singh Drive, a suite that offers youpanorama view of Georgetown and the harbour.

There are 2 bedrooms in this suite, 1 en-suite room up stair, the second room is located downstair.

We have 20 duplex suites with 2 rooms and different design, some with full seaview andsome with partial seaview as shown in our gallery. We will assign a suite based on theavailability, therefore advance booking will be great advantage.

We prefer clean and responsible guests. We have put a lot of effort for your pleasure andcomfort and in return we ask for your care of our cosy home.

We have two type of the sleeping arrangement are depend on the availability after receivebooking confirmed.
1) 2 queen size beds in the bedroom upstairs and 2 double bunk in the bedroom downstairs.OR
2) 2 queen size beds in the bedroom upstairs and , 1 queen size bed and 1 single floormattress in the bedroom downstairs.

Our simple kitchen is equipped with simple utensils, having a takeaway meal with your loveone can be fun in our stay.

Free wifi and free secured indoor carpark provided.

Please note that a security deposit of Rm200 will be required 1 day before arrival, we preferbank transfer. You will be contacted via inbox after the reservation for the arrangement.
