Smoking allowed outside house only, (veranda/laundry room). Smoke alarm is on detection inside.

Pet allowed accept dog and strictly pet only allowed in carrier cage all the time. No free walking around the house. (Place the carrier cage at laundry room).

We don't charge cleaning fee for a short stay. Humbly hope for guest kindness to keep the house condition OK 🙏.

For long stay utilities bill are separate from rental pay.

2. No alcohol
3. No party
4. No shoes in the house
