Check-in and check-out - Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Early check-in: RM150 per hour (subject to availability). - Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Late check-out: RM150 per hour (subject to availability). Security deposit - A refundable security deposit of RM1,000 is required, paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival. It is refunded by bank transfer within 48 working hours after check-out. Smoking - No smoking indoors. You are welcome to smoke outside the house. - Fine for smoking indoors: RM1,000. Pets - Pets are welcome. Please let us know before arrival. - Pet fee: RM300 per stay for up to 3 pets, plus RM100 for each additional pet. - Pets must not relieve themselves inside the house. Any soiling or damage will be charged separately. Not allowed (fines apply) - Excessive drinking: RM1,000 - Shouting or loud noise after 10:00 PM: RM2,000 - Playing music too loudly: RM2,000 - Drugs of any kind: RM3,000 - Moving furniture: RM1,000 - Taping or gluing anything to the walls: RM500 - Wearing shoes inside the house Please also - Switch off all electrical appliances and water taps before you leave. - Use the appliances, games and furniture with care. Any damage will be charged at full price. - Please dry yourself before sitting on the sofa. Total fines may go up to RM8,500 depending on the condition of the house. The host may update these house rules at any time.

Our 3,500+ sq ft bungalow sits on 6,000+ sq ft of land in Section 14, Petaling Jaya — a quiet residential street with a huge private garden, just minutes from Jaya One, SS2 and Asia Jaya LRT.
Inside there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping up to 33 guests, so a large group never has to split across two places. The house is built for gathering: a private karaoke room, snooker table, racing simulator, Nintendo Switch, mahjong, rummy and board games.
The garden is what makes this house special: a big lawn with camping tents and outdoor chairs, a free BBQ grill on the patio and an inflatable water play tub for the kids — perfect for birthday parties, family reunions, company team-building and events.
The kitchen is fully equipped — 2 induction cookers, 2 steamboat pots, fridge, microwave and water dispenser — with long dining tables so everyone can eat together. Travelling with a baby? A baby chair and baby cot are provided at no extra charge, and an iron is available.
