- A security deposit of RM200 will be collected offline (Bank Transfer)
- Missing of access card/key set will be charged at RM150 per set (RM100 card replacement & RM50 deposit forfeited)
- No smoking allowed in the house (extra RM200 cleaning fees applicable)
- No drugs
- No durians (extra RM100 cleaning fees applicable)
- No luggage storage service after check out time
- Please keep the house clean (extra RM30 cleaning fees applicable if the place is not handled back as per check in)
- Please turn off all the lights and air-conditioning unit when not in the apartment
- No cleaning service will be provided during the stay. Extra cleaning can be arranged with the admin at RM55 .
- Change date fee of RM100 will be applied for any change date request within 14 days
*no change date allowed if within 7 days*
*differential of room rate will need to be paid*
- Check in time is 3pm (Last Check in 11.45pm)
*any self early check in before 3pm without permission granted from us will have RM200 penalty*
- Strictly Check Out at 11am (Late check out rate applied below)
- Less Than 2 hours (RM100)
- More than 2 hours (One day rate )
*Take note that floor mattress set will only be provided to 3rd guests in booking(child age 12 and below who stay for free will not be entitled)*
* We hope that guests can understand that since we need to rearrange cleaner transportation and also affects on next booking
