Private Tree House (Private Cinema) at CEO Penang

1. Security deposit minimum MYR200 (subject to host) against such damage/lost/additional laundry chemical treatment will be collected through online banking before check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
2. Smoking, pets and party event are strictly NOT ALLOWED.
3. Deposit will be forfeit if guest fails to follow the house rules like smoking, bring pets or bring /eat durian inside the unit.
(This charges is to compensate the occupancy losses as the unit need to do deep cleaning/spraying and vacant for few days until the smell gone.)
4. No shoes wearing inside the unit.
5. Measure body temperature and scan Mysejahtera QR code at security post at lobby upon arrival.
6. Guest who has Covid-19 inflection is restricted to stay in our unit.
