🏡 HOUSE RULES

To ensure a comfortable, clean, and pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:

👟 NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE
Please remove your shoes before entering the unit.

🚭 NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A RM100 fine will be charged for smoking inside the unit.

🚫 NO DRUGS
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

👥 NO EXTRA GUESTS
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit. Please inform the host in advance if you need to add any additional guests.

💰 HOUSE RULE VIOLATION
A RM200 fine will be charged for any violation of the house rules, unless a specific penalty is stated above.

🛋️ DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS
Any damaged, lost, or stolen equipment or items in the house will be charged based on their original replacement price.

🔑 LOST KEYS / ENTRANCE CARD
A RM200 replacement fee will be charged for any lost entrance card or key.

💳 SECURITY DEPOSIT

A RM150.00 security deposit will be collected upon check-in.

The deposit will be refunded during check-out, provided there is no damage, loss, or violation of the house rules.
