I reserved a bamboo villa. The resort is well kept, the room is clean and the place is quiet. Dinner and breakfast are good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only 10 km to Benton town for local specialties.

Very good environment with nature park and rainforest. The resort is well maintained and clean. The staff are very friendly, the food is delicious and exceed expectations, my kids love the food. I will definitely come back!

I booked a Villa in Bali, and the Villa is in good condition. Buffet teatime, dinner, and breakfast were pretty good. The atmosphere was so good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The best part is that the friendly dogs only took pictures of one dog who came to welcome us and kept us company throughout our journey. One improvement point is to put signs for the jungle trekking trail as we tried to find the trail based on the staff's instructions but couldn't find it.

Overall, this is a place I can return to to spend some time relaxing and reconnecting with family. I didn't place too much faith after reading the reviews online. But after spending three nights there, I realized that my fears were unfounded. The welcome reception was good even in the room. I can even zoom meetings and remote access my office comp with virtually no delay. Wifi in the lobby is good as well for teams. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Even the inquiry staff replied email quickly after my barrage of questions as it is my first time visiting Malaysia after the pandemic. The rooms are very clean. Never stepped on a cleaner floor in a five-star hotel. The resort has a very natural feel, perfect for a break from modern life. Lots of natural elements. The pool is great to spend the day. Food is nothing to scream about as it is a 3-star hotel. But it is good for a decent meal.

The space is clean and well maintained. The landscaping is beautifully done. The only drawback is that there isn't much activity to be done except for the pool, which is typically rather small for the size of the resort. The property needs to improve indoor activities, which are located on the upper level of the lobby, as the place looks messy. Suggest that the resort arrange morning activities for jungle trekking etc. Overall, the breakfast and tea time are both good. Dinner needs to be improved.
