The villa has 2 rooms and is stunning but it is sadly not well maintained. The master bedroom is large, clean and comfortable, but the stairs to the master bedroom are too high and dangerous for kids and older pals. I really like the shower in the master bedroom. Though there is leaking in the bathroom, it doesn't bother me, and the towels are a bit old. No air conditioning in the living room. We spent most of our time leaking into the bedroom because it was hot even after open the escape and leave the bedroom door open to let the cold air out into the living room. No decent parking and the spaces in front of the villa are limited. It's also inconvenient for us that they only provide one access card and key to the villa because we were staying there with another family.

Overall, the room is spacious. The customer service was very friendly. I had originally intended to rate this establishment 4 stars, but after a few days, I changed my mind and decided to rate it as a normal at this price. The room was small and had no air conditioning, which was pretty hot during the day, and the water supply was inconsistently poor on and off.

Overall, I had a good experience. I liked the idea of this place. Its not exactly a 5-star experience, but it allows a few familyfriends to get together in an enclosed villa. The building is a little deteriorating, but overall its still acceptable. The units in front of the pool can be a bit noisy at times when the kids are having fun, but the rest are certainly quieter. We booked a combination of 4 units 2 I 2 bedroom units 2 I one bedroom units to accommodate our group of 18 and it was a comfortable stay. There is ample parking space, staff is friendly and the location is reasonably clean. I like the large patio area, which is airy and music plays softly throughout the day. The pool is large and the water is clean, but the water may be a little cleaner.

Good place but the top units don't have that great cleanliness and the toilets have a slow water flow in the kitchen and bathroom too.
