We cannot express how amazing the stay in this stunning little villa was. Javier is unquestionably the greatest host you could ask for, and Cesar, the outstanding hotel chef, and the exceptional three gourmet food truck in the winery, are all the best hosts you could ever come across. Edith was a pleasure to talk to and gave us more excellent valley views, and Eileen Phil, who has been on the property for several years and has traditionally understated taste for everything they do. The ideal spot to explore the entire valley and everything it has to offer, or to simply stay on their beautiful grounds while enjoying the pool, the winery Vena Cava, three, or simply unwind on the villa's grounds.

Don't miss your chance to stay here! The location on a hill is very central and the decor is spectacular. We loved the breakfasts and afternoon wines and snacks. We really enjoyed the hot tub and all the walking trails. Best part of the villa was Javier who took great care of us and went above and beyond. You won't be sorry!.

The building is the best part of this hotel. And the room we stayed in had a nice view of the valley. But it was hard to find, and google maps sent us around in circles. So we followed the signs and finally arrived at the hotel. No other place to get dinner without leaving the property, which we were afraid to do because it would mean returning in the dark, so no signs would be visible. We were captives, so we had food in a bag at a table in the hotel, as it was too cold to eat outside no dishes, so we just ate from the box. Food was just fine. The hotel lists other amenities, such as a glass of wine and snacks during cocktail hour. We saw no evidence of this, just a tea service in the living room. The free wine tasting was nice, but some of the wines, especially the unfiltered biodynamic chardonnay, didn't taste like wine and were cloudy and carbonated and reminded me of disco. There is nothing to do after dinner except sit in the hot tub and go to bed early. The bed was old, so old in fact that they put a cinch around it under the fitted sheet somehow this made it too hard, but it was still so bouncy I could feel my partner every time he moved. We had the best time staying here for my best friend's bachelorette party this past weekend. The accommodations were stunning, and we all kept saying we felt like we were at a villa in Italy. Everything was spotless, and we felt safe the entire journey. The service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to us. Javier was especially amazing in making sure we had the best weekend possible and had everything we needed. The food was outstanding! We wish we had eaten more meals at the hotel rather than going out. We can't wait to return for a couples trip with our husbands! La Villa del Value appeared more genuine than some of the hotels in Del Valores with a more contemporary style. The owners have chosen a lovely and roomy home with only six rooms. The room was very comfortable and had a spacious balcony with a lovely outlook. We had the good fortune to meet the owners, eileen and phil, and it was a pleasure to hear about the hotel's history and taste wine with phil, the winemaker at La Cava. Breakfast was amazing. It starts with fresh fruit, yogurt, honey, and granola, followed by a traditional Mexican breakfast, followed by a sweet cake. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The weather was too chilly to use the pool, but on a warm day it seemed very inviting. We wholeheartedly suggest this hotel to you visit Value de Guadalupe!.
