The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It is located in a quiet alley. Air conditioning was great during the hot day. It is a small boutique Riad. It doesn’t come with any amenities except a spa room. Overall, we had a nice stay in this riad for 3 nights.

This Riad is extremely beautiful, well decorated, wonderful staff. The room was spacious with high quality mattresses and sheets. The food was Fresh and delicious. The host has n amazing positive energy. I would rate this Riad us one of the best in Marrakech, and had been to a few. Highly recommended and will stay here again without a doubt. Very appreciative for the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful place.

Had a great experience! Beautiful, clean property with very helpful staff. It’s located in a part of the Medina that is relatively easier to access by car compared to a lot of other properties which makes getting to and from the property easier. Would definitely stay again.

Impeccable. This is seriously a special property. Close to the chaos but located down a quiet side street you'd never guess was in the heart of it if you didn't know. Pilar spent an entire year updating everything down to the plumbing and electricity so everything works well. Her eye for design is top notch... as soon as you walk through the door you feel like you're in a space that should cost twice as much as it does (and the cooled hand towel you are greeted with is an unexpected touch of quality!) The bed was the most comfortable bed we experienced in all of Morocco, and we stayed at much more expensive places in other parts. The shower is hot and has good pressure, and the robes and slippers are such an appreciated detail! Rather than being served everything you could never want for breakfast, you are provided with an electronic checklist in order to choose what you will actually eat so as not to be wasteful. The staff are trained to the highest level of customer service we experienced. The snack and beverage station is a thoughtful detail. I could go on and on about how wonderful literally every aspect of this riad is. We 100% plan to stay here from now on when we visit Marrakech. Thank you Pilar and crew!

We loved our stay at Free People Riad. The staff are amazing and greet you as though you are arriving in their home. The owner even helped us put together itineraries for the day. Also the Riad dog LL is adorable! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. And breakfast on the terrace was great in the mornings. It’s just outside the busy area in the Medina which we really liked. Close enough to walk everywhere but still quiet. I would recommend it 100%.

Our stay was truly wonderful, and everything was precisely as described. The host was exceptionally kind, attentive, and generous. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a delightful hand-cleansing experience, traditional Moroccan tea, and delicious cookies. We were encouraged to make ourselves comfortable and feel at home, with unlimited access to tea, coffee, juice, fruit, Moroccan cookies, and more snacks. The room itself was beautifully decorated, and the aromatics were delightful. The provided soaps, lotion, and body washes all had a divine scent. Robes and slippers were thoughtfully offered, along with a sewing kit. The bed was turned down for us, and water was offered for the night if needed. Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the innovative use of technology to pre-order our meal via JotForm. The suggestion to create a WhatsApp group for easier communication was also excellent. We only have a couple of minor suggestions: perhaps offering a dark hand towel for makeup removal to prevent staining the white towels, as we felt quite bad about that. Additionally, the water was cold when showering at night, and we were unsure if the water heater is turned off after midnight. These were truly minor points, and we would absolutely love to return.

This Riad is perfect. Pilar and her team have everything covered. They helped with tour suggestions, airport pick-up and went way above and beyond to help me celebrate my wife’s birthday. We had a wonderful stay—truly incredible hospitality and such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved having breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Ashraf and Pilar (the owner) were so kind and went out of their way to help us when we were in a bind, even communicating with us via WhatsApp. We had to leave for the airport at 4:30 AM, and they had everything arranged seamlessly, including help with our luggage and checkout. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at the hotel was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They offered us a place to wash our hands and served us traditional Marrakech tea with cookies, which was such a lovely touch. Everyone was friendly and always ready to help. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. Our room was very comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning it every day. Breakfast was served with a beautiful view—far beyond what we expected—and everything was delicious. The location is also perfect, making it easy to get around. One more thing—ll was so cute and added such a lovely, homely feeling to our stay! My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. We originally wished we could stay for 10 days, but unfortunately, we could only stay for a shorter time. Still, it was such a wonderful experience. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how great it was. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech. Everything about this riad is wonderful! The host and staff is so welcoming you feel at home. It is clean, the rooms are very cosy and nice, breakfast is perfect. We had a day in Marrakesh and the host created us a map with points of interest to visit. You will not regret your decision!

This place is an amazing find in Marrakesh. Very close to everything. I just literally walked to the souks and the Jardin de Majorelle. It is very clean relaxing environment, I couldn’t ask for more. This riad in the old city is absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling energy of Marrakech. The owner went out of their way to contact me from the US, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The property itself was stylish and authentic, making for a truly magical experience. Located right in the heart of Medina (the old town), it’s just a 20-minute walk to Jena’s el-Fnaa, and only a 6-minute walk to College Mohammad V which is a convenient pickup spot for tours and excursions. The Riad staff were very friendly and helpful, and the daily breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend booking your airport transportation through the Riad; they make the process easy and provide someone to help you with your luggage and guide you to the riad. The streets can be a bit confusing and overwhelming to navigate on your own, so I would definitely recommend this gorgeous property and will definitely be returning in the future.
