Appena arrivati ci siamo sentiti subito a casa! Consigliamo di accettare il servizio transfer offerto dal Riad, comodissimo: dall'aeroporto ad un parcheggio appena prima della via del Riad, dove troverete uno dei gestori ad aspettarvi per accompagnarvi dalla strada principale al Riad (che si trova in una via non percorribile con il van, ma dopo la prima volta risulta facile da raggiungere e non c'è ragione di aver paura). Il parcheggio in cui verrete lasciati il primo giorno vi servirà come punto di partenza per l'esplorazione dei luoghi più belli di Marrakech (tutti raggiungibili a piedi, in max 30 minuti). Un'oasi di pace nel cuore della medina, personale fantastico e... colazione abbondante, un buon compromesso tra tradizione marocchina e continentale. Può essere gustata nella terrazza, nel cortile interno o se fa freddo in una sala riscaldata, ma sempre in perfetto stile marocchino. Camere grandi e molto pulite. Approfittate di un pranzo o una cena servita al Riad per conoscere meglio i ragazzi che ci lavorano, tutti parlano inglese e sono persone meravigliose! Guardate l'alba o le stelle dalla terrazza più alta... la vista è mozzafiato e potreste fare amicizia con Ali o Ayoub ;)

Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Ze houden alles in de gaten (ook of iedereen aan het einde van de dag weer binnen is) en bieden verschillende services aan. Wij hebben vanuit de accomodatie een quat tour gedaan en hammam waarbij alles top geregeld was. Elke ochtend kregen we een ander ontbijt en ook deze was heerlijk. Het enige minpunt was dat het bed erg hard was.

This riad is located in a small alleyway where you do have to walk for about 6 minutes before getting into the main road where you can hail a taxi to wherever you want to go. It is a good location however as it is close to many of the landmarks in Marrakech. Each room in the riad is different and they were kind enough to let us in to choose which one we would like. The rooms are very clean and the riad is very well run. The staff are very helpful and were always on hand for anything we wanted or needed. It is reasonably priced and I would recommend to others.

Para realmente conocer la cultura marroquí debes ospedarte en un riad, este en concreto esta muy bien, lo tienen muy limpio y muy cerca de los zocos y de la plaza, el personal del hotel un 10, súper atentos en todo lo que necesitábamos, te explican y te cuentan todo lo que puedes hacer, repetiré.

From the moment we walked in we was greeted with smiles and a cup of tea, very nice and quiet place, breakfast is served at certain times, and on a few occasion i was late waking up but they still accommodated me. They advised me on excursions which we did, if you get a chance do the Ourika Valley and Essaouira, i was only rthere for 4 days and i will be back to do more.

Overall, we enjoyed this location, and we would suggest it. Our first visit to Marrakech to celebrate our wedding anniversary was a very pleasant experience. We took the time to pick a read, and we weren't disappointed. Every member of the personnel is friendly, helpful, and courteous. We chose ours because of its size, which is a bit larger, and were pleased with how neat the rooms are. Breakfast in a continental style is delightful. Comfortable mattresses. Given how busy the town is, it's surprising how peaceful it is. After a hectic day, a pleasant haven. When we booked their taxi from the airport, a staff member welcomed us and led us to the reading, which is down a confusing alley, but you get used to that! There was some confusion with the taxi's arrival when the return trip to the airport, but they resolved it by arranging another. In the event that your flight is delayed, leave plenty of time.

We stayed at this read for 5 nights and enjoyed it, the location is slightly off the main medina which in the end was a bonus because there is very little noise from the pathway that leads to this read. We had been in contact with the manager race a few weeks before, he was very helpful and patient, and in person he was exactly the same, friendly and very helpful with local knowledge, recommendations, and in general very friendly. In fact, the whole staff at the read was very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. If I had to add one negative comment, it was the noise from other guests and probably our 4 year old child who was noisy to others, so if you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider a different type of accommodation as most roads, in my opinion, are open to a courtyard where guests come through, open and lock doors, talk and arrive late at night, occasionally drunk. I insist this has nothing to do with the reading chaos but rather with the fact that I am a light sleeper and could hear every movement in the entrance courtyard. But overall, the read is very cozy, has a small roof terrace where you can eat breakfast under the sun and has friendly and real staff.

On two separate occasions in September, we remained at the Read Chaos, and both the management and the employees were kind, courteous, and extremely welcoming. The housekeeping service was available daily, and our rooms were spotless and well-equipped. Every day's breakfast was delectable, varied, and plentiful. We were completely secure while walking to and from the read, and we had no concerns about our rooms' security. In the area, there are several roads, and the locals are accustomed to greeting visitors and being polite. Although you require a good map, the area is ideal for exploring the town and the medina and souls, as well as the ville nouvelle. Le garden secret and the muse de toussaint are both worthwhile explorations we would advise. The staff organized a private trip with an informative guide to Ouzo Falls, which was well worth the drive through the countryside but busier than we anticipated. We intend to return!.

In every way, the employees at the read were very friendly and helpful. The reading has a roof terrace, which is as comfortable as most places in Marrakech, and it was wonderful to unwind after a long day there. Every day, the room was cleaned, and a very comfortable bed was made. I will definitely return on my next trip to Marrakech.
