We had a great time. Friendly price and a great location. Email, access codes and everything. We found a very nice room that was decorated with outstanding attention to detail. The complementary sweet banquet was a nice touch.

I stayed in a double room on the ground floor, with a clean space. The rooms are small, but this is not an issue if you only use them for sleeping and looking around the city, excellent location, all the main stops are very near by. Be aware that the stairs are quite high, which is a good workout but some people find it challenging. We didn't make a reservation for breakfast as we wanted to try a different cafe nearby. Would recommend, but be aware of the hill.

The location of this hotel is close to the tourist places. The location is also very strategic. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful. They served an excellent breakfast. The room was clean but small so it wasn't a problem. And then the air conditioning was also effective.

The room is recently renovated and very nice, but could have had a little more room to put the suitcases down and find your clothes. The location of this hotel is excellent, within walking distance of many city highlights. Be advised there is no lift at this hotel, so you must be able to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. Sometimes 5 flights of stairs. There were no hotel staff at the reception so if you have any questions you are on your own.

Very good value in a good location, and pros.. lovely staff and very helpful, a delicious breakfast with simple but plenty of choice and plenty of coffee, small elevator available, small kitchen with fridge, balcony for fresh air, rooms very clean and bathrooms fresh and modern, air conditioning, comfortable and perfect for short stays, cons. Not many. As we stayed 5 nights, there were no drawers in the room, so we needed extra hangers. But so much of Porto is! We loved Porto and will definitely stay here again.
