The minimum age required to stay at this property is 12 years.
The maximum age of guests to stay is 70 years.
Guests 12-17 years old must be accompanied by an official guardian with a photo ID or proof of guardianship.
The property requires guests to climb stairs and may not be suitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility.
When booking for 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
A credit card security deposit of NZD 200 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
