We stayed here for 1 night. The place is lovely but there are a few issues we had. Cons 1. The walk to the dining room is a bit steep and at altitude. It took us a few minutes. If you let the hotel know in advance, they can send an atv for the bags and some passengers. 2. The capsules themselves are like camping outdoors, so it can be cold, but we were okay with the blankets provided. 3. We didn't use the bathtub because we didn't have enough time. Pros 1. The food served here was delicious and the service was outstanding! Tissiano is a very friendly and warm person. Extreme adventure and via ferret were hard but exhilarating. We never felt unsafe since we were all harnessed. The dining area and capsules have breathtaking views. Due to our tour, we felt rushed at the hotel. I wish we had more time to enjoy the property.

When we arrived at the hotel at about 1340, we were trying to get lost. The town didn't have a sign indicating the position. But we communicated with the staff frequently, and they were incredibly helpful. They provide transportation to pick us up. If we didn't, they highly suggest using the taxi they offer. The view was spectacular, and the personnel was very accommodating. This is a life decision you must make. The view is breathtaking. Excellent food. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, there was hot water and even internet. My favorite experience.

The restaurant here is very special, especially Jose who served us very well, especially for the experience of sleeping in the capsule and dome with the stargazing. Also, the customer service that they provide is great, and the food that they served is very satisfying.

What a wonderful time! We reserved this for a hotel stay. Little did we know that our reservation included a fantastic brunch and activity. This is a must-do while in the area. A once-in-a-lifetime adventure. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The chef was fantastic for dinner, and the disco sour class was a great touch.

The staff was polite and prompt in responding. It's not a hotel, it's an experience really a luxury bivouac. It's for those who want to get into the mountains. The pictures do not do justice to the views. The website does not completely describe the included activities. These include a fun little expansion bridge, a 22-semester zip line, and hiking that requires basic climbing and moulding while using a harness. Where else do you have to descend a ladder while being harnessed in to a line to access your luxury suite? The food is excellent and local. Last but not least, my sons had some altitude concerns.
