* Requests for early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Fees may apply.
* Color of bedsheets, blankets and towels may differ from the pictures.
* No undisclosed persons/pets, loud parties, indoor smoking, or illegal substances allowed. The penalty for violating this rule is ₱5,000.
* ₱350 fee per extra guest/bed. Subject to availability.
* We do not offer daily cleaning, change of towels/sheets, refill of water/toiletries and such. Please message us for requests. Fees may apply.
* The front desk does not accept dropping off luggage. We offer to meet and pickup luggage to keep in our storage and on the condition that we are not held responsible for any loss of valuable items.
* Any loss or damage will result in additional charges to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
* Any stains or damage on linens/towels (such as from makeup, hair dye, oils, food, drinks, or other substances) will result in additional charges to cover the cost of cleaning or replacement.
* Guests are responsible for regularly disposing their trash. We are not liable for any issues, such as attracting bugs and ants, that may arise if they fail to do so.
* Irresponsible behavior, threatening, abusive words or conduct towards the host, staff and neighbors will not be tolerated. We will refuse to allow check-in/continue hosting if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest has or will behave irresponsibly.
