CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICY
❗️Check in 2 p.m.
❗️Check out 12 noon
‼️Check in time from 2pm to 6 pm. Before 2pm (early check in) and after 6pm (late check out) there is additional fee for 100/ hour.
‼️Check out 12 noon, after 12 additional fee for late check out 150/hour. Check-out after 5:00 PM will be charged at 100% of the prevailing room rate.

UNIT RULES & REGULATIONS:
👞 To maintain the cleanliness of the place, please ensure not to wear your shoes inside the condo. Clean slippers will be provided so you can use it.
❕Please treat all the items inside the unit with care. Any damage or lost items will be charged by the signed guest. Charge will be the amount of the actual item you damage. The unit owner will not enter into negotiation in terms of paying the damage.
📵Please take care of your personal belongings. Unit owners will not be liable/responsible for any lost guest items.
🚯Penalty of PHP 500.00 / each for stained fabrics or furniture will be imposed.
🚷Kindly ensure that upon check out that the unit is in the same condition when rented out.
🚫Do not keep any garbage inside the unit. There is a designated garbage room near the elevator where you can throw it. Penalty of PHP500.00 for a very dirty unit will be imposed.
🚫Ensure to turn off the lights/electrical items when not in use.
🚱Kindly conserve water for the sustainability of our mother earth.
🚭NO SMOKING inside the unit
🚭COOKING IS NOT ALLOWED
🔑 Lost of key - will pay P1000
💵 Security deposit of P1000 upon check in and we will return back upon check out if no damage
🐕 No pets allowed.
🚷Upon leaving the unit, please be considerate to arrange the things back to their original places you’ve seen them. This is not a hotel.
📱 Our staff has the right to contact you even after your check out in case there were unseen damages you have incurred.
🚫You are not allowed to check out without our staff. The key must be turned over to our staff and you cannot leave without turn over.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Our staff will collect P1000 as Security Deposit upon arrival (refundable upon checkout) is required to protect units from any unwanted damages, violations such as too noisy, caught hanging clothes on balcony, accompanying unregistered visitors, unreasonable damage/s of unit property, any other losses, etc.

RULES FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND:
💯The unit must remain tidy and intact as you seen before you checked in. The unit must be properly check by the staff before the refund.
💯If you notice any destruction or unusual things inside the premises please do inform the staff to be able to take action regarding the matter and secure the return of your deposit
💯You must wait for our staff to arrive before you leave so you can get your security deposit back. In the event that you have to leave for an emergency or you request to leave earlier than the check out and our staff will not be able to arrive, your security deposit will be refunded through bank deposit after thorough inspection of the unit. Keys must be placed and locked inside the key holder outside the unit. You must lock the door before you leave. You must be aware that any missing items inside the unit will be charged to you.
