Please be respectful of the unit and its contents. Any damage or loss of items will be charged to the guest.
Please do not rearrange the furniture or take any items from the unit.
Please do not throw any parties or events in the unit without prior approval from the host.
Please be mindful of noise levels and respect your neighbors' right to peace and quiet. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. Please do not bring any additional visitors or guests inside the unit at any time.
We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay; however, certain situations, such as power outages, internet interruptions, and other utility disruptions, may occur beyond our control. To mitigate the impact of power outages, we have a generator available for use. In the event of extended outages, the generator may be run in 2-hour intervals to conserve fuel and maintain efficiency.
Please be advised that we will not issue refunds or honor cancellations due to these incidents. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible despite these potential challenges.
Please turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning when leaving the unit to conserve energy.
Please comply with all building rules and regulations, including those regarding the use of amenities like the swimming pool and gym. Any fees associated with amenity usage will be your responsibility to pay.
Please do not engage in any illegal or prohibited activities on the property.
Please follow the check-out procedures provided by the host, including proper disposal of trash and returning keys to the designated location.

Please be aware that the building has strict security measures in place, including a mandatory security check of your person and luggage upon arrival and departure. Please cooperate with the security personnel and present your government-issued ID when requested.
Please do not bring any pets into the unit, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

No smoking is allowed inside the unit or anywhere else in the building. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
