(Please send ahead of time to process GAF / GATEPASS for registration to avoid inconvenience upon check in)

Apologies but guard won’t allow you to enter the vicinity if you don’t have APPROVED GAF/GATEPASS to show them.

Welcome to AZURE URBAN RESORT RESIDENCE, the only one man made beach in the metro with wavepool, shortwalk SM MALL Bicutan, and shortdrive Airport. + free wifi, kitchen, great view.
HOW TO CHECK IN
1) Search google map AZURE URBAN RESORT RESIDENCE (beside SM MALL BICUTAN)
2) Go to Gate 2 for guest access, and Tell your unit# or screenshot of Gate pass.
3) Proceed to your assigned tower, go to reception to get VISIT PASSES in exchange of your Valid ID of all guests.
4) In case you check in late at 5pm onwards, go to main reception at POSITANO TOWER to get the VISITOR passes in exchange of all guests IDs.
5) Wait for my staff at the lobby of assigned tower to assist you with key to check in.
HOUSE MANUAL:
1) CHECK IN TIME: 2pm ONWARDS
3) Condominium name: AZURE URBAN RESORT RESIDENCE (OPPOSITE SM BICUTAN)
4) ADDRESS: 16 W Service Rd, Marcelo, Parañaque, 1700 Metro Manila, Philippines
NEED TO KNOW
1) SCHEDULE POOL (7AM - 12PM to 2PM - 7PM)
2) WAVEPOOL (Every 30 mins interval)
3) MONDAY pool is closed for cleaning.
4) ALLOWED GUEST AND SWIMPASS
ALLOWED GUESTS PER UNIT INCLUDING KIDS:
1 BED ROOM - 4 PAX ONLY
2 BED ROOMS - 6 PAX ONLY
5) TANDEM UNITS TO ACCOMMODATE 6 PAX and UP
1BR +1BR = (8pax)
1BR +2BR = (10pax)
2BR +2BR = (12pax)
6) SWIMPASS now is PHP250/HEAD per shift, need to pay separately.
Monday
- Closed for cleaning
NOTE : if you wish to use pool, please buy SWIMBAND ahead of time at swimming entrance booth or pay ONLINE to avoid inconvenience.
7) KID ABOVE 1 year old /3FT in height is counted as guest and NOT FREE.
8. Guest can also access Azure Beach, Ibiza Beach Bar , Azure Children's Beach Playground, The Paris Beach Club (PBC) ,Garden Roof deck
9) Lap pool, gym, cinema and game room are for OWNERS and LONGTERM TENANTS ONLY.
10) PARKING: To be paid separately depends on season. Simply approach statff/ guard on duty.
11) Utilities Included (Water, electric, Local channels, Wifi, Intercom
RULES AND PENALTIES
1. EXCESSIVE USE OF ELECTRICITY
- Switch off aircon, unplugged all electric devices everytime you leave for all our safety.
Note: Electric is RELOADABLE ONLY if you consumed the minimum amount per day it will AUTOMATICALLY SHUTDOWN so to AVOID INCONVENIENCE specially during LATE AT NIGHT please FOLLOW the RULES.
2. NO PETS' ALLOWED : Fine 5,000php
3. MISSING KEY/AUTOLOCK : Fine 800 Php.
4. Any missing or broken items, pay accordingly.
PLEASE PREPARE 2,OOO Php for Security Deposit upon check in and refundable during check out if everything in the unit is intact and no damages.
CHECK OUT:
12 PM or Before
Please call us for Final inspection. In case of early out, simply leave key at dining table and close door.
