❌no cooking smelly food such as bagoong fishy or other smelly food or security deposit will be forfeited
❌no loud noice after 10 pm
❌unregistered guest are not allowed to enter inside the unit
❌no pets
❌smoking inside the unit
❌hanging clothes in the balcony
❌lost or damage/stain security deposit will be forfeited
❌Do not bring the key once you check out .Let the door unlock
