Perfect Condo for Couples

Please respect our neighbors by keeping quiet after 10 PM. If you use the internet, borrow a TV, or make any other requests of the owner that is outside a lease contract agreement, you'll need to make suitable arrangements to compensate for these particular requests. Any damages to the property which includes but isn't limited to: the floors/lights/walls/mirrors/partitions/appliances and any other property not listed will be your responsibility to legally cover/fix/repair at the renters'/lessors' expense.

If you're going to cook in the condo, please be aware a smoke/fire alarm might go off, & there's a 1000 PHP penalty per each occurrence. Under the unfortunate event any 1000 PHP penalty is assessed, it will be the guest's responsibility to pay. Furthermore, if your stay totals 28 days or more, the guest will be responsible for the internet, electric, & water bills incurred for the entire duration of their trip prorated for the amount of nights exceeding 28 days yet are not exact months. To avoid any confusion the water bill is included with the monthly condo dues, which should be placed in the mailbox by the admin team.

Please make sure you have valid, government-issued IDs to present to the guardhouse and/or the admin prior to your arrival. We'll try our best to make your arrival process run as smooth as possible, and complete an authorization form for you and anyone else in your party if applicable. Ideally, we would appreciate it if an email were sent to us including all the names of the people in your group since that's the main info we need to finish a basic authorization form for you. If you're going to arrange a party, please be courteous to your neighbors around the unit and don't be too loud after 10 PM because you could get noise complaints.
