HOUSE RULES


Welcome! To ensure a comfortable stay for you and to remain in good standing with our building management, please observe the following rules.


1. SELF-SERVICE & UTILITY GUIDELINES

Self-Service Unit: This is a self-service apartment; the hosts do not live on-site.

On-Site Assistance Fee: If the visits are occured during cleaning time and we have cleaners still on site we will not be collecting you a fee. Physical visits requested for guest-related issues (e.g., lockouts, guest errors, or personal requests) will incur a minimum service fee of ₱500 per visit to cover taxi expense of the person sent.

Wi-Fi Troubleshooting: If the Wi-Fi is not connecting, DO NOT press any buttons on the router (this triggers a hard reset and wipes all settings).

Simply unplug the router from the wall socket, wait for one minute, and plug it back in to restart.

Utility Conservation: Please help us stay eco-friendly. Turn off the any unused appliances and all lights whenever you leave the unit. Ensure all faucets are tightly closed when not in use.

2. UNIT CARE & MAINTENANCE

Linen & Towel Care: Please avoid staining linens with makeup, ink, or food. Permanent stains or damage will incur the following charges:

Small items (Towels, Pillowcases): ₱500

Large items (Bedsheets, Blankets, Comforters): ₱1,000

Note: Final charges depend on the size and severity of the stain.

Key Management: Please keep track of your keys. A fee of ₱1,000 will be charged for lost or damaged keys to cover replacement and lock adjustment costs.

Late Check-out: Unauthorized or excessive late check-outs will be charged ₱1,000.

3. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY

Premises-Wide Ban: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all areas of the condo premises.

Penalty: A minimum penalty of ₱3,000 will be charged. The final amount will depend on the total cost of professional cleaning and any fines imposed by the building administration.


4. CONDO ADMINISTRATION RULES

The following are strictly enforced by Building Management. Violations will result in a ₱1,000 fine per occurrence:

Strict No Pet Policy: As per condo admin rules, pets are strictly prohibited within the unit and all building premises.

Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighbors. Noise complaints from other residents or building security will result in a fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No Hanging Items: Do not hang clothes, towels, or any items on windows or balcony rails.

Clear Hallway Policy: Do not leave trash, shoes, or any personal belongings outside the unit door.

Garbage Disposal: Do not leave trash in common areas. The designated Garbage Area is located at the back of the Harvard Building.
