Spacious Beachfront House with Rooftop Deck in Macrohon, Philippines

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. Allow Pets. Allow Smoking. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. No undefined. No smoking in main house. Rooftop deck allows smoking. All areas of house used please clean before check out best as possible. No food in bedrooms. There are two friendly huskies on premises in a secure fenced in area. Your pets must be on leash or left on rooftop deck which is secured by railing. When walking or taking pets outside they must be restrained by leash or some other means. Long term stays your responsible for cleaning and laundry. We can take care of daily or weekly cleaning or laundry at additional charge. Please save electricity as much as possible. Please do not run aircons when leaving the house. Jacuzzi is not listed as an amenity due to cost to run. No parties without prior written permission from owners. No overnight guest that are not on the original booking without permission and additional charges Gates are locked nightly at 10pm. You as the guest will have a gate key. If leaving or arriving after “locked” times please lock it behind you.
