As our house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, guests are advised not to create too much noise that may disturb our neighbors. We respect our neighbors and hope to be able to keep offering this place in the years to come.
House Guidelines:
1. Kitchen/dining utensils are for free of use. We operate on a "CLEAN AS YOU GO" principle. Please wash any used dishes and dispose of your trash in designated areas before checking out. (it is located infront of the house (blue drum/container)
2. SMOKING is strictly NOT allowed inside the house, if you want to smoke please proceed to the open area/garage. Do not throw the butts elsewhere.
3. Please maintain a quiet atmosphere during nighttime hours out of respect for our neighbors. Karaoke is not permitted after 11:59 pm. Guests to observe silence in the area as it is considered as a residential area.
4. LATE CHECK OUT/EARLY CHECK IN. Please be considerate to the next guest, ensure to check out on or before the scheduled check out time.
Early check in/late check out will depend on the availability of the house with a charge of P1000 pesos per hour.
5. PARKING - 3 can park. 1inside the garage, 2 street parking.
6. Guest Capacity:
16 guests can be entered thru agoda app. The total number of people allowed on the property, including those not staying overnight, is 25 pax maximum.
• A fee of 500 PHP applies for each guest, whether staying overnight or not.
• If you plan to exceed 25 people, please message us, and we will consider making an exception.
• Accurately report the number of guests in your booking inquiry.
7. Keep off your shoes from the beds and couch.
8. Use of drugs or conduct of illegal activities inside the unit is prohibited. The owner reserves the right to report to authorities for violation of this regulation.
9. Throwing hard objects and tissue in the toilet bowl will be charged when it will cause clogging.
10. When you go out of the house for a long period of time especially when you go out for a tour, for safety purposes, please ensure to unplug everything like the appliances and other electrical devices. In case of fire, if investigators found that the cause is due to guest's negligence, the concerned guest will be primarily be held liable and shall face legal sanctions.
11. Please be reminded that all damages, lost in ay items in the unit and any stains that will be left in the towels, beds and linens has corresponding charges.
12. Rebooking Policy
+ One time rebooking only.
+ Rebooking allowed if 14 days and more before your check-in date.
+ Rebooking NOT allowed if less than 14 days before your check-in date.
13. Towel rental - 50/towel.
14. Kindly leave the house TIDY or Cleaning fee of P1000 will be charged from your security deposit or payment thru agoda resolution center.
