**HOUSE RULES – MANDATORY CONDITIONS**

⚠️ **STRICT CHILD SAFETY RULE**
Due to structural safety reasons (stairs/mezzanine layout), **children under 13 years old are strictly NOT permitted to stay in the property.**
Reservations including children under 13 cannot be accommodated and may be cancelled without refund if this rule is not respected.

**CHECK-IN / ARRIVAL**
• Guests MUST inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time.
• Check-in: 15:00 – 00:00

**CHECK-OUT**
• Check-out: 08:00 – 11:00

**IDENTIFICATION & SECURITY DEPOSIT**
• A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
• A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival.
Refund is processed at check-out after property inspection and confirmation of no damage or rule violations.

**GENERAL PROPERTY RULES**
• No pets allowed.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Minimum age for check-in: 18 years old.
•There is no ability to change the type of beds or extra beds in the room.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of check-in or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
