A comfortable place with extremely friendly employees. We were given a double room with a balcony that looked out into the garden. Although we had only reserved a standard room. The space was serene, clean, and wellliked. It was excellent for hiking in the Sinatra Mountains. There were a few food shops, cafes, and restaurants in the nearby village, but most of them were closed because our stay was at the beginning of the corona outbreak.

i recently stayed at Sarrazola House. We had a great time and would return. The rooms are what you would expect from a hotel with a great balcony overlooking the garden. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The garden has just been hot so it doesn't look very lush, but it is still nice. The staff is lovely and always smiling. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection of pastries, cold meat, cheese, toast, coffee and juice. More than enough to leave fully and ready to tackle a day of walking up and down hills between castles. The location is close to town if you have a car, but it will be a fair walk.

I recommend you to stay here. Very nice place with a great breakfast and garden. Very attentive to checking the area and having great information about the area. The bedroom is plain, but very comfortable. Very close to Sintras centre and all it's delights.

We reserved rooms at Sarrazola House because we were attending a nearby wedding. We spent three nights there. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, advising us of good places to visit and ways to get around. Antonio, the driver who took us wherever we wanted to go, deserves special recognition as our chauffeur for all the wedding events we attended. The room was cozy and clean, with a good strong shower. They even let us check out late on the last day. I would unquestionably recommend this hotel for its excellent value and outstanding service. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Recently, my boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It was a nice hotel. The hotel is recommended to show guests to the dining area to socialize after hours. The rooms werent as lovely as they were shown on the website, but they were still fine. Lift not working, but at least the staff offered to help take bags up to the rooms. The biggest drawback to this hotel is the noise coming from the reception area. On all three nights by 12 pm there seemed to be socializing in the foyer, and the sound comes straight up to the rooms, keeping us up. If you like light sleepers, this hotel is not for you.
