Sesuai harga bagus hanya saja depan kamar pas kaca jendela banyak pup burung, wifi tdk lancar, tisue kotak jg tdak ada saat hub cs jg tdk dikasi mungkin memang tidak tersedia. Sarapan byk variant. Smga kedepan jauh lebih baik.sayang ga sempet berenang krn habis waktunya di kraton mangkunegaran.smga tambah sucses tq for all

Kamar sangat nyaman Bersih Lengkap Cuma karyawan KURANG RESPONSIF. saat sy minta room cleaning di hari kedua, kamar dibersihkan agak siang. Mungkin sesuai antrian. Tapii GA DIKASI KESET. saya uda minta receptionist tp tetap ga dikasi sampe sore. Lalu saya minta ke tim cleaning room yg kebetulan lewat depan kamar. Baru dikasi Gelas gelas juga ga diganti di hari kedua. Sy minta ganti cuma diiyakan tp ga dikasi. Sampai saya check out gelas gelas masih kotor
