● No hazardous items or fireworks (fire responsibility on guest)
● Loud noise or disturbance may result in eviction
● Damaged/soiled items must be compensated; bedding stains incur full replacement cost
● No eating on bedding; after hair dye, use colored pillow/towel
● Return moved items to original place before check-out
● Do not move beds (floor damage will be charged)
● Not responsible for accidents due to guest negligence
