*Check-in/out note: If you check out later than 11:00, an additional fee of KRW 10,000 per hour will be charged.
*The grill usage fee does not include meat, vegetables, sauces, cooking foil, or gloves.
*Please wash dishes and separate your trash in the designated area before check-out.
*Please check for any damage or malfunction of room items within 30 minutes after check-in. If you find any issues, report them immediately. If damage or malfunction is found after your stay, repair costs may be charged to the guest who used the room on that date.
*Loud noise after 12:00 AM is strictly prohibited to ensure the comfort of other guests.
*Minors are not allowed to stay without a guardian.
*Fireworks and amplifiers are strictly prohibited and may result in eviction.
*Cooking strong-smelling foods such as meat or fish inside the room is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction.
*Smoking is only allowed on the room terrace. Smoking inside the room may trigger the fire alarm in all rooms (strictly no smoking inside).
*The use of electric grills and portable gas stoves inside the room is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction.
*Pets are not allowed. If you bring a pet without prior notice, you will not be allowed to check in and no refund will be given.
*Candles, gas burners, and other flammable items are strictly prohibited in rooms and on terraces due to fire risk.
*Visitors who are not staying overnight must leave before 9:00 PM. (Additional charges apply for exceeding the time limit.)
If the total number of guests, including visitors, exceeds the maximum room capacity, check-in will not be allowed.
*Water leisure activities are available even in rainy weather. However, if activities are not possible due to severe weather such as typhoons or heavy rain, you may reschedule for another date.
*If accommodation cannot operate due to force majeure, you will be notified separately (water leisure activities are handled separately).
*Grill usage is KRW 20,000 for up to 3 people, with an additional charge of KRW 5,000 per extra person.
*Pickup service is available only once per reservation at check-in and once at check-out.
*For additional guests, the fee is KRW 20,000 per person; if you wish to add more guests beyond the standard occupancy, please contact the property in advance.
The standard and maximum occupancy for each room type is as follows:
Standard and Theme Rooms – standard 2 persons, maximum 4 persons;
Marine Room – standard 4 persons, maximum 6 persons;
Room 501 – standard 4 persons, maximum 6 persons;
Room 502 – standard 6 persons, maximum 8 persons.


*An additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person will apply for any guests exceeding the standard occupancy, and this amount must be paid on-site.
