ᄆ If guests do not provide or enter incorrect contact information during the reservation, kindly forward the correct details along with a copy of the reservation confirmation or details to the property promptly.
ᄆ The property cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the absence or inaccuracy of contact information.
ᄆ For check-ins after 08:00 PM (Korean time) on the arrival day, it is necessary to contact the property in advance to arrange the check-in time and procedure.
ᄆ Each property has varying options, statuses, and charges for services, facilities, and payment methods. Therefore, please confirm directly with the property before check-in.
ᄆ Usage of additional services, facilities, or other options may be subject to restrictions based on weather or property conditions on the day of use. Refunds for property costs due to such limitations are not possible.
ᄆ Regardless of age, all children and infants are considered adults concerning room occupancy. Exceeding the maximum guest limit may result in additional fees or entry denial, even for reservations made through Agoda.

ㅁ The room rate is based on 2 people, and an additional fee of KRW 20,000 (including bedding) will be charged per additional person.
ㅁ Even if you pay for the additional person, you cannot exceed the maximum number of guests.
ㅁ If you smoke indoors, you will be evicted without a refund, and if you are caught, you will be charged the cost of one night's stay on the same day. Please use the designated smoking area.
ㅁ The barbecue fee is KRW 20,000 per set, and you can pay on site. Please make a reservation before check-in for quick preparation.
ㅁ For the comfortable stay of all guests, barbecue is not allowed after 23:00. Please stay indoors.
ㅁ Cooking is allowed in the room, but cooking strong-smelling meat and grilled fish, fermented soybean paste stew, spicy fish stew, etc. is not allowed.
ㅁ The cost of accompanying pets is determined based on weight.
ㅁ Pets that mark, bark, or shed a lot of hair are not allowed.
ㅁ If the facility is damaged by a pet, the cost of purchasing a new product for the facility will be charged.
ㅁ You cannot leave your pet alone in the accommodation. We would appreciate it if you could accompany him/her when you go out.
ㅁ Since this is a 'companion-friendly' pension, not a pet-only pension, all incidents or accidents to or caused by pets are the responsibility of the owner, and the business is not responsible for them at all. Please be especially careful.
