Check-in
Reception is open from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM and from 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM on weekdays except on public holidays. Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
City Tax

For all guest bookings with a period of stay from April 1, 2026, onwards, a city tax of EUR 10.45 (VAT included) per person per night must be paid directly to the hotel during check-out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

Children under 16 years of age are exempt from city tax surcharge.

Access via digital codes sent after completing the online check-in and payment.
Apartment capacity
Max. 2 guests without family relation, or up to 4 guests with family relation up to 4th degree.
Mandatory payment
You will receive a secure payment link connected to our bank.
Payment must be made by the cardholder with bank authorization.
Codes will not be sent without completed payment.
Online check-in
Mandatory before arrival.
You must complete the personal details of all guests and their address in accordance with legal regulations.
Tourist tax and deposit
Tourist tax: €10.45 per night / adult (ages 17+).
Deposit: €200 refundable after inspection. Families are exempt.

The property requires a refundable security deposit of 200 EUR upon check-in.
There is a final cleaning fee of EUR 50 that it is not chargeable in case the apartment is left clean and tidy. (Take out the trash, do not leave any personal items, leave towels and bed linen piled on the floor, leave clean and tidy the set of kitchenware and tableware).
