Upon arrival, a deposit of 1000 euros will be paid, which will be returned upon departure if the apartment is returned correctly without damage.-- This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 32 nigths under a lease agreement other than for permanent residence , in accordance with Law 11/2025 of 29/09/2025, for personal purposes, such as holidays , recreation or leisure reasons for your stay in Catalonia, and the reservation may be cancelled if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. The property is located in a designated high-demand (strained) market area, and in the event that the reservation is made for leisure and recreation purposes. ---- Este alojamiento solo puede utilizarse para estancias superiores a 32 noches, bajo un contrato de arrendamiento distinto al de residencia permanente, de conformidad con la Ley 11/2025 de 29/09/2025, con fines personales, tales como vacaciones, recreo u ocio durante su estancia en Cataluña.
