These villas are situated in Playa Blanca, 1. 5 km from the town centre and the fantastic white beaches. In the town centre guests will find restaurants, bars and shops. Built in 2007, the villas are modern and offer a total of 15 rooms. Facilities in these air-conditioned villas include a safe and private parking. The resort has a terrace and garden. The villas come with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 of which is en suite) with shower/bathtub, a lounge/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen complete with a double fridge, a microwave, ceramic hob, oven, iron, washing machine and a tumble dryer. Stay on this main road and proceed through Uga and then towards Yaiza in the direction of Playa Blanca. The driving time from Yaiza is approximately 15 minutes: guests should follow the signs until reaching the outskirts of Playa Blanca and they will see a roundabout just before the petrol station. Take the first exit to the right, then the second exit on the right and continue straight on. Take the third exit on the right and carry on until the villas come into view on the left hand side.
