Habitación excelente, lo único que no me parece cómodo es tener que hacer check in en sus oficinas, a 15 minutos "en auto" de la habitación que reservé. No es nada cómodo especialmente cuando uno llega a la ciudad en la madrugada, y que quieran cobrar 60 euros por que su personal nos lleve las llaves. Todo lo demás, muy bien.

in generale tutto ok , in particolare l'assistenza a mezzo telefono , non bene il ricevimento mi è sembrato un po improvvisato e confuso , forse meglio definire non pronti al ricevimento . per il resto tutto ok .

Proces zameldowania w apartamencie był koszmarem. Po przybyciu na miejsce okazało się, że należy udać się do biura które oddalone jest od apartamentu ok 20 min jazdy samochodem ( taxi). W biurze poinformowano nas o konieczności zapłacenia 300 euro kaucji-! - wcześniej nie było nigdzie takiej informacji. Ponadto pomimo iż rezerwacja została wcześniej opłacona i okazano dowód zapłaty, kazano zapłacić nam ponownie. Po godzinie wyjaśnień i ponownym zapłaceniu okazało się że doszło do pomyłki i rzeczywiście rezerwacja jest opłacona. Czas i nerwy jakie straciliśmy są nieocenione. Lokalizacja apartamentu byłaby bardzo dobra, gdyby nie to że po przybyciu należy jechać na drugi koniec miasta po odbiór kluczy. W apartamencie nieszczelne okna co powoduje że jest głośno.

It took the reception almost 1,5 hours to check in 8 people. We couldn't do it beforehand because the system was down. When I called Happy people to confirm the check-in time, they couldn't find my booking. I booked the accommodation through Hotels.com, the person I spoke with was thinking I booked 2 accommodations one through Expedia and the second one through Airbnb. It was 8 of us, in the property, there weren't enough chairs for 8 people, not enough forks. The cleanliness was on a good standard. Reception desk, even though the admin stuff was messy, the people were helpful and could handle our frustration ;) overall it was good.

Even though the property is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye there are some quirky things about the place that make it different. There is a window in the main living area that opens and looks into the elevator shaft area. The bathroom is extremely small. Nowhere to put any toiletries on the sink or near the sink in the bathroom. The shower is tight. The bathroom floor was not very clean. You can hear the people above you very easily. Noisy and inconsiderate. Also they do not communicate at all with you . Impossible to get in touch with property manager. No clean towels once towels are used up. The location is near the train station. Just 6 minute walk. Near shopping at the arena . Some good restaurant. The room is just ok. Not

da vi ankom var det ikke mulig å få satt inn bagasjen ,uten å reise til " hovedkontoret " som var et bitte lite kontor i en bitteliten gate hvor taxien ikke kunne kjøre , så vi måtte drasse bagasjen vår gjennom en labyrint av små gater . der var det en veldig hyggelig mann , Oscar , som hjalp oss så godt han kunne . Han hevdet at Hotels.com hadde rotet med bildene på sine sider , så det rommet jeg hadde bestilt , var ikke det rommet jeg fikk ….. Jeg hadde bestilt en Suite og det jeg fikk var to soverom , ingen stoler eller bord , ingen møbler i det hele tatt , null møbler , ikke heis , ikke aircon , bare en vifte i taket ,ingen oppholdsrom , en hamburger vi kjøpte en kveld ble spist i sengen! vi fikk tilbud om et bedre rom , men det var langt fra de stedene vi skulle besøke !!!! og vi sa vi ville ha avslag i prisen , men fikk kun tilbud da vi reiste hjem ,om en "hyggelig "pris neste gang !!! ha ha ha ! Generelt er det mye leiligheter i Barcelona som leies ut , pass på hvor adm, kontoret er i fohold til der du har leid ! masse xtra taxiregninger for å komme seg i leiligheten ! siste gang for meg i leilighet , neste gang blir det hotell rom i hotell med resepsjon !!!!!!! lykke til !!!!!!

Wir hatten bei Ebookers eine "Suite" gebucht, welche mit Zimmer, Wohnzimmer, Fernseher ausgestattet sein sollte - bekommen haben wir "ein Loch" ohne Wohnzimmer, ohne Fernseher ohne nichts. Es war der abgetrennte Teil von einem Appartement - und dafür sollten wir den vollen Preis bezahlen? Wenn die Gäste nebenan sprachen war es, als ob sie in unserem Zimmer standen - total ringhörig. Die ganze Kommunikation mit Check In Zeiten und Telefonnummer war von Ebookers her leider nicht korrekt und Happy People war nicht hilfreich. Zu den vereinbarten Terminen sind sie nicht erschienen für den Check in etc. Leider haben wir nur schlechte Erfahrung mit Happy People gemacht.
